You have 7 days from receipt of your order to request a return.

To be accepted, the product must be unopened, unused, unsealed, intact, and in its original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, any cosmetic product that has been opened, used, or unsealed cannot be returned or refunded.

Once the order has been shipped and the tracking number has been provided, the customer is responsible for tracking and collecting the parcel within the timeframe indicated by the carrier or pickup point.

In the event of a refused, unclaimed, or returned parcel, the following fees may be deducted from the refund: €10 processing fee per order, €15 return shipping fee within the European Union, as well as any customs duties, taxes, or import fees advanced by Laboratoire Justbeauty Germany.

The refund will be issued after receipt and inspection of the returned products. Laboratoire Justbeauty Germany reserves the right to refuse any refund if the return conditions are not met.
