Refund and Return Policy

You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be accepted, the product must be unopened, unused, undamaged, still sealed, and in its original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, any cosmetic product that has been opened, used, or unsealed cannot be returned or refunded.

Once the order has been shipped and the tracking number has been provided, the customer is responsible for monitoring the shipment and collecting the parcel within the timeframe indicated by the carrier or collection point.

In the event of a refused, unclaimed, or returned parcel, the following costs may be deducted from the refund: a €10 processing fee per order, a €15 return shipping fee within the European Union, as well as any customs duties, taxes, or import charges advanced by Laboratoire Justbeauty Germany.

The refund will be issued after the returned products have been received and inspected. Laboratoire Justbeauty Germany reserves the right to refuse a refund if the return conditions have not been met.
