Refund and Returns Policy

Every customer has a right of withdrawal of 14 working days from the date of order to return the product to Justbeauty & shop (*Shipping costs are borne by the customer).

For an exchange or a refund without charge, returns must be made in their complete original condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, the lace of the wig must not be cut ....), allowing them to be sold as new, and accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice.

This right does not apply to personalized or custom-made products.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN USED.

In case of return, delivery or shipping costs will not be refunded.
