We will refuse/interrupt any request outside the scope of cosmetics or if medical advice is needed;

We will terminate the service in the event of inappropriate behavior;

We will postpone the service in the event of force majeure.

  • Cancellation/rescheduling: free up to 24 hours before; after this time = session due.
  • Late: reduces the duration; >15 min = no-show non-refundable.
  • Age: from 13 years, with the agreement and presence of a parent/guardian.
  • Health: in case of a confirmed/severe skin condition, referral to a dermatologist.
