2. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed on www.justbeauty-shop.com.
By confirming an order on the website, the customer fully accepts these Terms and Conditions. The customer acknowledges having read them before finalizing the order.
Laboratoire Justbeauty Germany reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The applicable terms are those in force at the time the order is placed.
3. Products
Laboratoire Justbeauty Germany offers cosmetic products, beauty care products, wigs, accessories, and other beauty-related items.
We pay particular attention to product quality. Each item is carefully selected and professionally prepared before shipment.
Essential product information, including description, size, use, ingredients, and characteristics, is provided on each product page.
Product photos and visuals are for illustrative purposes only. Slight differences may occur due to lighting, screen display settings, or packaging updates.
4. Prices
Prices displayed on the website are listed in euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping fees are calculated separately and displayed before final order confirmation.
Laboratoire Justbeauty Germany reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, the price charged to the customer is the price displayed at the time the order is confirmed.
5. Orders
Orders are placed directly on www.justbeauty-shop.com through the shopping cart and secure payment process.
An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully completed and a confirmation email has been sent to the customer.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that all information provided during checkout is accurate, including the delivery address, email address, and phone number.
Once an order has been prepared or shipped, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
6. Payment
The payment methods available on the website may include:
- credit card;
- PayPal;
- bank transfer;
- Klarna;
- other secure payment methods available at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed through secure payment providers. Laboratoire Justbeauty Germany does not store full banking details and does not have access to confidential credit card information.
Orders are processed only after payment has been successfully confirmed.
7. Delivery
Orders are prepared and shipped from our main warehouse in Germany.
Average delivery times are:
- Germany: 2 to 3 business days;
- other European Union countries: 3 to 5 business days;
- United States and Canada: 7 to 12 business days.
These delivery times are provided as estimates. They may be extended due to public holidays, high order volumes, promotional periods, carrier delays, customs checks, or events beyond our control.
The customer receives a tracking number by email once the order has been shipped. Once the order has been shipped and the tracking number has been provided, the customer is responsible for tracking and collecting the parcel within the timeframe indicated by the carrier or pickup point.
Laboratoire Justbeauty Germany cannot be held responsible for delays, returns, or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, an uncollected parcel, or an error attributable to the customer.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be charged by the authorities of the destination country. These costs are the customer’s responsibility.
8. Returns and Refunds
The customer may request a return within 7 days of receiving the order, subject to the conditions below and applicable legal provisions.
To be accepted, the product must be unopened, unused, unsealed, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic products that have been opened, used, unsealed, or whose protective packaging has been removed cannot be returned or refunded.
Returns must be approved in advance by Laboratoire Justbeauty Germany. Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.
In the event of a return, refused parcel, unclaimed parcel, or parcel returned to the sender, the following fees may be deducted from the refund:
- €10 processing fee per order;
- €15 return shipping fee within the European Union;
- any customs duties, taxes, or import fees advanced by Laboratoire Justbeauty Germany.
Refunds are issued after receipt and inspection of the returned products. Laboratoire Justbeauty Germany reserves the right to refuse any refund if the return conditions are not met.
9. Missing Item, Damaged Product, or Order Error
If an item is missing, damaged, or does not match the order received, the customer must contact customer service as soon as possible at:

The request must include:
- the order number;
- a photo of the outer packaging;
- a photo of the items received;
- a photo of the affected product, if applicable.
After reviewing the case, Laboratoire Justbeauty Germany will offer an appropriate solution depending on the situation.
Damage resulting from improper use, unsuitable storage, or failure to follow the product instructions cannot be covered.
10. Product Availability
Products are offered subject to stock availability.
If a product becomes unavailable after the order has been confirmed, the customer will be informed as soon as possible. An appropriate solution may be offered, such as a replacement product, store credit, or a refund for the unavailable item.
11. Promotional Codes and Special Offers
Promotional codes, discounts, and special offers are valid only during the stated period and under the conditions specified on the website.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be combined and cannot be applied retroactively after an order has been confirmed.
Laboratoire Justbeauty Germany reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel an offer in the event of an obvious error, misuse, or abuse.

The personal data collected is used only for order processing, customer service, delivery, billing, and legal obligations.
Banking details are not stored by Laboratoire Justbeauty Germany. They are processed directly by secure payment providers.
