Any customer benefits from a withdrawal period of 14 working days from the date of order to return the product to the company Justbeauty & shop (*shipping costs to be paid by the customer).
For exchange or refund without penalty. Returns must be made in their complete original condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, the lace of the wig must not be cut ….) allowing them to be sold as new and accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice.
This right does not apply to personalised or customised products.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN USED.
In the event of a return, delivery or shipping costs will not be refunded.
