- Prepare your skin. Cleanse and carefully dry the affected area. Do not apply essence, lotion or cream before placing the patch.
- Choose the right size. Select a 7, 10 or 12 mm patch, large enough to fully cover the spot.
- Apply the patch. Gently peel it off the protective film, then place it directly on the spot.
- Replace it if needed. The patch may turn white and swell as it absorbs the spot’s secretions. Once it looks like this, remove it and apply a new patch to clean, dry skin.
