2. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed on www.justbeauty-shop.com.

By confirming an order on the website, the customer fully accepts these Terms and Conditions. The customer acknowledges having read them before finalizing the order.

Laboratoire Justbeauty Germany reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The applicable terms are those in force at the time the order is placed.

3. Products

Laboratoire Justbeauty Germany offers cosmetic products, beauty care products, wigs, accessories, and other beauty-related items.

We pay particular attention to product quality. Each item is carefully selected and professionally prepared before shipment.

Essential product information, including description, size, use, ingredients, and characteristics, is provided on each product page.

Product photos and visuals are for illustrative purposes only. Slight differences may occur due to lighting, screen display settings, or packaging updates.

4. Prices

Prices displayed on the website are listed in euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping fees are calculated separately and displayed before final order confirmation.

Laboratoire Justbeauty Germany reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, the price charged to the customer is the price displayed at the time the order is confirmed.

5. Orders

Orders are placed directly on www.justbeauty-shop.com through the shopping cart and secure payment process.

An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully completed and a confirmation email has been sent to the customer.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that all information provided during checkout is accurate, including the delivery address, email address, and phone number.

Once an order has been prepared or shipped, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

6. Payment

The payment methods available on the website may include:

  • credit card;
  • PayPal;
  • bank transfer;
  • Klarna;
  • other secure payment methods available at the time of purchase.

Payments are processed through secure payment providers. Laboratoire Justbeauty Germany does not store full banking details and does not have access to confidential credit card information.

Orders are processed only after payment has been successfully confirmed.

7. Delivery

Orders are prepared and shipped from our main warehouse in Germany.

Average delivery times are:

  • Germany: 2 to 3 business days;
  • other European Union countries: 3 to 5 business days;
  • United States and Canada: 7 to 12 business days.

These delivery times are provided as estimates. They may be extended due to public holidays, high order volumes, promotional periods, carrier delays, customs checks, or events beyond our control.

The customer receives a tracking number by email once the order has been shipped. Once the order has been shipped and the tracking number has been provided, the customer is responsible for tracking and collecting the parcel within the timeframe indicated by the carrier or pickup point.

Laboratoire Justbeauty Germany cannot be held responsible for delays, returns, or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, an uncollected parcel, or an error attributable to the customer.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be charged by the authorities of the destination country. These costs are the customer’s responsibility.

8. Withdrawal, returns and refunds

Consumers’ right of withdrawal

If you purchase as a consumer under a distance contract, you have 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason. For goods, this period starts when you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods. Where one order is delivered separately, it starts on receipt of the last item, lot or piece. You may also withdraw before delivery.

How to withdraw

You can use Withdraw from contract here, available without signing in through the website footer, and then confirm your declaration. Alternatively, send an unequivocal statement by email to contact@justbeauty-shop.com or by post to Laboratoire Justbeauty Germany, Dieselstraße 19-21, 61191 Rosbach vor der Höhe, Germany. Include your name and details identifying the order and, for a partial withdrawal, the affected items.

Sending your declaration before the deadline is sufficient. You do not need prior return authorisation or a reason to exercise this right. When you use the online withdrawal function, we send an acknowledgement of receipt without undue delay on a durable medium, such as email, including the declaration and the date and time of receipt. Receiving that acknowledgement is not a condition for exercising your right.

Returning goods

You must send the goods to Laboratoire Justbeauty Germany at the address above without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if the goods are dispatched before it expires. You bear the direct return shipping costs unless we have agreed to cover them or failed to inform you of this obligation before purchase. No €10 processing charge or automatic €15 return charge applies to the exercise of the statutory right of withdrawal.

Refunds

We refund the payments received for the affected goods, including the original standard delivery charge when you withdraw from the entire order. Additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method than our least expensive standard option are excluded. Refunds are made without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal declaration, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another method that incurs no fees. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first, unless we have offered to collect them.

Condition of goods and statutory exceptions

You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. You are liable only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, where the statutory conditions are met, including having been properly informed about your withdrawal right. Missing original packaging alone does not remove this right.

The right does not apply, in particular, to sealed goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons where the seal has been removed after delivery. Other statutory exceptions may apply, for example to personalised or rapidly perishable goods, where their legal conditions are met. Cosmetics are not automatically excluded from withdrawal. These provisions do not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty or non-conforming goods.

Simply refusing or failing to collect a parcel does not by itself constitute an unequivocal withdrawal declaration. Please notify us expressly. No automatic processing charge reduces the statutory refund due following a valid withdrawal. These rules concern consumers’ statutory rights and do not grant a withdrawal right for business purchases.

9. Missing Item, Damaged Product, or Order Error

If an item is missing, damaged, or does not match the order received, the customer must contact customer service as soon as possible at:

The request must include:

  • the order number;
  • a photo of the outer packaging;
  • a photo of the items received;
  • a photo of the affected product, if applicable.

After reviewing the case, Laboratoire Justbeauty Germany will offer an appropriate solution depending on the situation.

Damage resulting from improper use, unsuitable storage, or failure to follow the product instructions cannot be covered.

10. Product Availability

Products are offered subject to stock availability.

If a product becomes unavailable after the order has been confirmed, the customer will be informed as soon as possible. An appropriate solution may be offered, such as a replacement product, store credit, or a refund for the unavailable item.

11. Promotional Codes and Special Offers

Promotional codes, discounts, and special offers are valid only during the stated period and under the conditions specified on the website.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be combined and cannot be applied retroactively after an order has been confirmed.

Laboratoire Justbeauty Germany reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel an offer in the event of an obvious error, misuse, or abuse.

12. Personal Data and Security

The personal data collected is used only for order processing, customer service, delivery, billing, and legal obligations.

Banking details are not stored by Laboratoire Justbeauty Germany. They are processed directly by secure payment providers.

Laboratoire Justbeauty Germany undertakes to handle customers’ personal data carefully and confidentially, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on www.justbeauty-shop.com, including texts, images, photographs, logos, graphics, visual elements, brand materials, and commercial content, is protected by intellectual property law.

Any unauthorized reproduction, use, modification, or distribution, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited.

14. Liability

Laboratoire Justbeauty Germany undertakes to provide careful service in processing orders and preparing products.

However, Laboratoire Justbeauty Germany cannot be held liable for delays, delivery issues, carrier errors, customs delays, force majeure, or events beyond its control.

Laboratoire Justbeauty Germany is also not responsible for improper use of products or failure to follow the stated instructions for use.
