2. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed through the website www.justbeauty-shop.com.
By confirming an order on the website, the customer fully and unconditionally accepts these terms and conditions. The customer confirms that they have read and understood them before completing the order.
Laboratoire Justbeauty Germany reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. The applicable terms are those in force at the time the order is placed.
3. Products
Laboratoire Justbeauty Germany offers cosmetic products, beauty and skincare products, wigs, accessories and other beauty-related items.
We pay particular attention to the quality of our products. Each item is carefully selected and prepared with care before shipment.
Essential product information, including the description, quantity, intended use, ingredients and main characteristics, is provided on the relevant product pages of the website.
Photographs and images are provided for illustrative purposes only. Slight differences may occur due to lighting, screen display settings or changes to the product packaging.
4. Prices
Prices displayed on the website are stated in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes, unless otherwise indicated.
Delivery charges are calculated separately and displayed before the order is confirmed.
Laboratoire Justbeauty Germany reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, the price charged will remain the price displayed when the order was confirmed.
5. Orders
Orders are placed directly through the website www.justbeauty-shop.com using the shopping cart and secure payment system.
An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully completed and a confirmation email has been sent to the customer.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the order process is accurate, particularly the delivery address, email address and telephone number.
Once an order has been prepared or shipped, changes or cancellations can no longer be guaranteed.
6. Payment
The payment methods available on the website may include:
- credit or debit card;
- PayPal;
- bank transfer;
- Klarna;
- other secure payment methods available at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed by secure payment service providers. Laboratoire Justbeauty Germany does not store full banking details and does not have access to confidential payment card information.
Orders are processed only after payment has been successfully confirmed.
7. Delivery
Orders are prepared and shipped from our main warehouse located in Germany.
Estimated delivery times are:
- Germany: 2 to 3 business days;
- other European Union countries: 3 to 5 business days;
- United States and Canada: 7 to 12 business days.
These delivery times are provided as estimates only. They may be extended due to public holidays, high order volumes, promotional campaigns, carrier delays, customs inspections or any other event beyond our reasonable control.
The customer will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the order has been shipped. Once the order has been dispatched and the tracking number has been provided, the customer is responsible for tracking and collecting the parcel within the period specified by the carrier or collection point.
Laboratoire Justbeauty Germany cannot be held responsible for delays, returned parcels or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to collect the parcel or any error attributable to the customer.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes or import charges may be imposed by the authorities of the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
8. Returns and Refunds
The customer may request a return within 7 days of receiving the order, subject to the conditions set out below and the applicable legal provisions.
To be accepted, the product must be unopened, unused, unsealed, undamaged and returned in its original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic products that have been opened, used or unsealed, or whose protective packaging has been removed, cannot be returned or refunded.
All returns must be approved in advance by Laboratoire Justbeauty Germany. Returns made without prior approval may be refused.
In the event of a return, refused parcel, unclaimed parcel or parcel returned to the sender, the following charges may be deducted from the refund:
- €10 processing fee per order;
- €15 return shipping fee within the European Union;
- any customs duties, taxes or import charges paid in advance by Laboratoire Justbeauty Germany.
Refunds are issued after the returned products have been received and inspected. Laboratoire Justbeauty Germany reserves the right to refuse a refund if the return conditions have not been met.
9. Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If an item is missing, damaged or does not match the order received, the customer must contact customer service as soon as possible at:

- a photograph of the outer parcel;
- a photograph of the items received;
- where necessary, a photograph of the product concerned.
After reviewing the request, Laboratoire Justbeauty Germany will offer an appropriate solution depending on the circumstances.
Damage resulting from improper use, unsuitable storage or failure to follow the instructions for use cannot be covered.
10. Product Availability
Products are offered subject to availability.
If a product becomes unavailable after the order has been confirmed, the customer will be informed as soon as possible. An appropriate solution may be offered, including a replacement product, store credit or a refund for the unavailable item.
11. Promotional Codes and Special Offers
Promotional codes, discounts and special offers are valid only during the stated period and under the conditions specified on the website.
Unless otherwise indicated, promotional codes cannot be combined and cannot be applied retroactively after an order has been confirmed.
Laboratoire Justbeauty Germany reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel a promotional offer in the event of an obvious error, abuse or improper use.
