Laboratoire Justbeauty Germany covers a significant portion of the delivery costs. Thanks to this contribution, customers are charged only €7.99 for deliveries within the European Union.

6. Will I receive a tracking number?

The product must be unopened, unused, unsealed, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, any cosmetic product that has been opened or used cannot be returned or refunded.

In the event of a return, refused parcel, unclaimed parcel, or parcel returned to the sender, the following costs may be deducted from the refund:

  • €15 return shipping fee within the European Union
