Laboratoire Justbeauty Germany was not created by chance. It is the result of a personal journey, a strong conviction, and a clear purpose: to offer targeted, reliable skincare solutions designed around the real needs of the skin.

At the heart of this vision is Justine, the founder and managing director of the laboratory, also known within her community as Bosslady. Originally from Cameroon and based in Germany, she brings a strong academic background together with extensive professional experience in biotechnology, pharmacy, and quality management.

Throughout her career, she observed that many people, especially those with Black and mixed skin, still struggle to find products truly suited to their needs. Dark spots, acne, melasma, uneven skin tone, dryness, and lack of radiance inspired the creation of a brand built around one essential idea: products designed as targeted solutions.

At Justbeauty Germany, every product is developed to address a clearly identified skin concern and to fit into a simple, consistent, and respectful skincare routine. Our purpose is not to change the skin, but to support it, protect it, and help reveal its natural radiance.
