Shipping & Delivery

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 48 business hours after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Germany: 2 to 3 business days
• Other European Union countries: 3 to 5 business days
• Canada and the United States: 7 to 12 business days

Delivery times may occasionally be extended due to public holidays, a high volume of orders on the website, or circumstances beyond our control.

Free delivery may be available for orders over €250, depending on the destination country. To view the conditions that apply to your order, please refer to the progress bar displayed in your shopping cart.

All parcels are carefully prepared and securely sealed to ensure the safety and quality of the products until delivery.

Returns & Refunds

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be accepted, the product must be unopened, unused, unsealed, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, any cosmetic product that has been opened, used, or unsealed cannot be returned or refunded.

Once the order has been shipped and the tracking number has been provided, the customer is responsible for tracking and collecting the parcel within the timeframe specified by the carrier or collection point.

In the event of a refused, unclaimed, or returned parcel, the following costs may be deducted from the refund:

• €10 processing fee per order;
• €15 return shipping fee within the European Union;
• any customs duties, taxes, or import charges paid in advance by Laboratoire Justbeauty Germany.

Refunds will be issued after the returned products have been received and inspected. Laboratoire Justbeauty Germany reserves the right to refuse a refund if the return conditions have not been met.
