Refund policy

At Justbeauty Germany, your satisfaction is our priority. You have 7 days from the date of receipt of your order to return it. Products must be unopened, unused, unsealed, and in their original packaging. All returns are subject to subject to prior validation by our quality department. A €10 processing fee, as well as any applicable customs fees, will be deducted from the refund amount.
