These delivery times are provided for informational purposes only. They may be extended due to holidays, a high volume of orders, promotions, carrier delays, customs inspections, or any other event beyond our control.

The customer receives a tracking number via email as soon as the order is shipped. Once the order has been shipped and the tracking number provided, the customer is responsible for tracking and picking up the package within the time frame specified by the carrier or the pickup location.

Justbeauty , Germany cannot be held responsible for any delay, return, or failure to deliver resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to pick up the package, or an error attributable to the customer.

For shipments outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be imposed by the authorities in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Consumer Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer and make a purchase online, you have 14 days to cancel the purchase without giving a reason. For the sale of goods, this period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, physically take possession of the goods. For an order delivered in separate shipments, it begins upon receipt of the last item, batch, or part. You may also notify us of your withdrawal before delivery.

Simply submit your declaration before the deadline expires. No prior authorization to return the item or justification is required to exercise this right. The acknowledgment of receipt does not affect your ability to exercise this right.

Product Returns

You must return the goods to Laboratoire Justbeauty Germany, at the address above, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw. The deadline is met if the goods are shipped before it expires. You are responsible for the direct costs of return shipping, unless we have agreed to cover them or failed to inform you of this obligation prior to purchase. No €10 processing fee or €15 automatic return fee will be charged when you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal.

Refund

We will refund the amounts received for the applicable items, including—in the event of cancellation of the entire order—the initial standard shipping costs. The additional charge for selecting a shipping option that is more expensive than our least expensive standard shipping option will not be refunded. The refund will be issued without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your notice of cancellation, using the same payment method, unless we expressly agree to use another method that does not incur any fees. We may delay the refund until we have recovered the goods or received proof of their shipment, whichever comes first, unless we offer to retrieve the goods ourselves.

Statement of Assets and Legal Exceptions

You may inspect the items just as you would in a store. You may only be held liable for any depreciation resulting from handling that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the items, subject to legal conditions and provided that you have been duly informed of your right of withdrawal. The absence of the original packaging does not, in and of itself, void this right.

In particular, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken after delivery, nor to personalized or perishable goods when the legal conditions for the exception are met. Therefore, not all cosmetics are automatically excluded from returns. These provisions do not limit your legal guarantees in the event of a defective or non-conforming product.

Simply refusing or failing to pick up a package does not, in and of itself, constitute a notice of withdrawal: please send us a clear notice. No automatic processing fee may reduce the legal refund due under a valid withdrawal. These rules pertain to consumers’ legal rights and do not create a right of withdrawal for business purchases.

9. Missing or Damaged Item, or Order Error

If an item is missing, damaged, or does not match the order received, the customer must contact customer service as soon as possible at the following address:

• a photo of the product in question, if necessary.

After conducting an assessment, the Justbeauty , Germany, laboratory will propose a solution tailored to the specific situation.

We will not be liable for any damage resulting from misuse, improper storage, or failure to follow the instructions for use.

10. Product Availability

Products are available while supplies last.

If a product is unavailable after the order has been confirmed, the customer will be notified as soon as possible. A solution may be offered, such as a replacement, a store credit, or a refund for the unavailable product.

11. Promotional Codes and Special Offers

Promotional codes, discounts, and special offers are valid only during the specified period and subject to the terms and conditions listed on the website.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be combined with one another and cannot be applied retroactively after the order has been confirmed.
